Absolutely! I love this stuff — especially on pasta. 😊 We should keep in mind that while fortified foods are great, they usually can't provide the same reliable levels of B12 as proper supplementation — but I'm sure you're already aware of that.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion. I want to keep my articles are short as possible. But I could include this in an upcoming article. Did you have a specific aspect of the 'history of B12' in mind - or was this just a general remark?
